Privacy Policy

Last updated · 5 September 2026

This policy explains what information geekyowls (“we”, “us”) collects when you use geekyowls.co, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Audit form: your store URL, what you sell, rough SKU count, where your store stands, your email, and any notes you add.
  • Booking a call: the name, email, and answers you provide when scheduling through Cal.com.
  • Email: anything you send us directly at [email protected].

There are no accounts or logins on this site, so we never handle passwords. For aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, rough device/country) we use OpenPanel, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. It does not use cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run advertising networks or sell any data.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your migration audit, and, if you engage us, deliver the work. That’s all. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Who processes it

A few trusted providers handle data on our behalf so we can run the site and respond:

  • Web3Forms — delivers audit-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Cal.com — handles call scheduling.
  • OpenPanel — self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Our email and hosting providers — to receive messages and serve the site.

Retention

We keep what you send only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to carry out a project. Ask us any time and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared. Email [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
